May 8, 2007 - The collaborative teams at Balser Companies identified and rebuilt a new administrative answer for one of the country's largest employers that has resulted in easier plan administration and cost reduction for the client.
Balser Technology team member Bill Schmitz and CTO Eric Martin worked with Kaari Miller, VP & Director of Quality Assurance to analyze the plan documentation and the existing procedures and recordkeeping. Supported by a more limited system, the plans were separated and costly. Using Balser's system with its advanced features and reliable separate plan year chassis.
