Rik Wehmeier joins industry panel on 409A Guidance at SEBC.

March 11, 2006 - EVP & Principal Managing Director Rik Wehmeier has been asked to join a panel of benefits experts and employers to share perspectives on the impact of the Treasury’s new rules for nonqualified deferred compensation plans, a.k.a. 409A Guidelines.

The Southern Employee Benefits Conference is a one day fly-in conference taking place in Atlanta. The panel consists of knowledgeable specialist and companies like The Home Depot, one of the nation’s largest employers.
